Return Conditions

Items must:

• Be unused

• Be in original packaging where possible

• Be returned in sellable condition

Customers may be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Some products may need to be returned to our international warehouse depending on where they were shipped from.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
